They were fast, efficient and professional. They showed up on time and got right to work. I needed a lot of junk removed quickly to make sure my client was able to close on their real estate transaction before the contract expired. Steven was so proactive in asking if I wanted to remove any other items in my kitchen as he saw I still had many other items that I was cleaning up. The guys even cleaned up the whole corner area after they removed the furniture. Service and attitude was amazing. I would recommend them!

The 2 gentlemen that came for the pick up were very friendly and answered all of our questions. I also liked that I received a text on prior days to see if we were available for an earlier pick up. I ready do like that service. We will be using 1 800 GOT JUNK again.
My fifth time using and thrilled they work on Sunday. Our effort to trim the shrubs turned into cutting them down once we saw how overgrown they were. Those trims turned into 4 huge piles 6x 4 feet tall. Desperate to get the debris removed fast booked on line appt. and had many options in two hour windows which worked perfectly. Three communications of confirmation appt., crew almost there , and arrival. Two friendly crew members arrived and gave great quote $386 and in about 45 minutes all gone! Swept up and thanked us for the business. Love this company! Before and after posted photos.
I’d probably give this a four and a half, but I’m quite fine with a five star review. Setting up the appointment was a breeze and appreciated the check ins and confirmations. The day of the actual clean up was a little bit chaotic. I was given a window from 10-12 in the morning, but the job before us was bigger than expected and the crew did not get there until five thirty. Through the delays though my crew kept me informed and stayed in contact. Clean up was a breeze. They took everything needed and did an excellent job. They were professional, polite, and respectful of the situation we are going through with the loss of a loved one. Everything was taken out and loaded up, with a final walk through that got all of the little things. Took an hour and a half or so but could not be happier. Pricing was a bit expensive and steep but worth every penny due to their professionalism and service. I’d probably shop around a little for a better deal but it’s hard to beat their service. Would definitely recommend again.
I had such an amazing experience with 1-800 Junk Removal thanks to Dalton and Justin! I was in a huge time crunch and they came through for me in the best way possible. Not only were they efficient and professional, but they were also incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout the whole process. They even went above and beyond by helping me lift a few extra things into my car, which made such a difference. Their kindness and hard work truly made a stressful day so much easier. I can’t recommend Dalton, Justin, and this company enough!
