Booked an appointment for an estimate, and met them at the location at my chosen time that same afternoon. From booking the appointment to agreeing on the price and having everything loaded and gone, it was a few hours total. Sooo fast and easy. I was hoping to have this done quickly, and they exceeded my expectations in everything. Professional, prompt, and transparent on price. It was $700 for removing approximately a 10x10 storage unit mostly full of stuff. Pretty much filled their truck. I'm sure it's cheaper to rent a truck and take the stuff to the dump yourself, but for the price, you can't beat having same day service and no lugging all that stuff across town yourselves. I would definitely use them again!

Matthew and Ezra did a wonderful job today. They were professional, courteous and quick. This was my first time using 1-800-GOT-JUNK & I definitely will use them again. Excellent!

Got an estimate over the phone to remove and dispose of a few mattresses from our apartment. When the guys showed up the cost they gave us ended up being way more than what we were quoted. We told them we'd have to go in another direction but just as they were about to leave they contacted a manager who said the initial misquote was on them and to move everything for the price we were given over the phone. I was going to give a decent review anyway because the movers were nice guys and it wasn't their fault, but taking everything at a price where I'm sure they weren't making any money was a genuinely kind gesture you don't see from businesses these days.
