Amard, Noah, Zach, and Billy did an incredible job of hauling away a massive amount of stuff--about 8 truckloads! Amard, the team lead, set my expectations about pricing and timing and nailed both perfectly. He was communicative from the start, letting me know what he and the crew were doing, when they would arrive, how long it would take, etc. He also took videos of the empty storage units so that I had videos to share with my principal. In addition, he gave my 4-year-old a little truck--so thoughtful! Noah was also exceedingly helpful and had a great disposition and attitude (I never met Zach and Billy, but understand their contribution ensured the job completed in one day!). Because of this experience, no other junk removal company exists in my world. I will always call 1-800-GOT-JUNK.
