Disposing of more than just jars and bottles
While recycling glass jars and bottles is a common habit, most local curbside services have strict limits. They typically won't accept "specialty glass" like mirrors, windows, or tabletops because these items are made of different materials that can contaminate the standard recycling stream.
If you’re stuck with a cracked sliding door or an old vanity mirror, 1-800-GOT-JUNK? provides a safe, professional alternative to clear the clutter without the hassle.

Professional mirror and window disposal
Not all glass is created equal, and broken glass presents a serious safety risk. You should never mix broken panes or mirrors with your regular recycling; it poses a significant danger to sanitation workers who sort materials by hand. If you have shattered glass or bulky window units, it’s best to call in the experts.
At 1-800-GOT-JUNK?, we are glass removal professionals trained to handle these materials safely and quickly. We manage the entire process, from careful loading to ensuring the glass is taken to the proper facility for responsible disposal. Whether you’re dealing with a renovation mishap or just upgrading your home's mirrors, our team handles the heavy lifting so you don't have to risk a cut or a mess.
How pricing works for glass recycling
We charge by volume, which is how much space your items take up in the truck. We have a minimum charge for very small loads; from there, prices go from 1/8th of a truck up to a full truckload. We also have special pricing if you only have one single item. We can give you an exact price once we see the items in person.
Our prices include everything
- Junk removal from anywhere—no need to move items out
- Our friendly teams, who are fully licensed and insured
- All lifting, loading, and cleanup
- Disposal and environmental fees

Quick and easy junk removal, arrived promptly for my 6:30pm appt time and cleared all my stuff within an hour! Offered to help move items to my car or stay later to help clean my apt. Made the removal of my couch, box springs, dining table, and TV stand a breeze.
Deandre and Justin E are so friendly and know what they are doing! They definitely made the process of removing my mattress and box spring a breeze. I have used this company before and have always been so happy with the end result. Thanks so much for removing my junk.
