Julius showed up on time after I spoke with him on the phone (he even offered to and brought me a cup of coffee!). He was clear about the job, the cost, and other details. He actually took the whole load down the stairs and loaded it into the truck BY HIMSELF, including an entire three section COUCH! He was polite and professional, and didn't even offer a HINT of complaint once. Long story short; they did what they promised, and even if the price was a bit higher than I would have liked (I've never used a service like this, so I really didn't know what it might cost), I definitely feel i got what I paid for. Timely service as promised. Considering that I was at CRUCH TIME on a move out of an apartment, and the stuff HAD to go, I'd say they delivered the service I needed, when I needed it, with ZERO hassle. Thanks!
