Quick and friendly

Called at noon, had Nick and Sawyer show up at 430 as agreed. Grabbed our stuff and got out in no time at all. Almost like them and our long held junk were never here.

These guys were great, they responded very quickly to my inquiry, were communicative during the pick up process and the pricing was very transparent.

Dimitri, Nate and Tay were awesome. Great team - super friendly, professional, and extremely efficient. Came to get my couch, a chair/footrest set, entertainment center and bedside table and were in and out in about 10 minutes! Greatly appreciate their help.

I cannot say enough positive things about 1-800-GOT-JUNK as a company and especially the crews here in the Springs. Everything from scheduling down to the pre-arrival text messages to the friendly phone call before arrival are top notch. What really makes me keep coming back to this company though are the incredibly hard working teams and the friendly service. I have never once had a bad experience or met a team member who is not efficient and super friendly. Today we had Dimitri, Tay, and Nate helping us and I was blown away. They were all helpful, respectful, and worked extremely fast. Dimitri especially was the epitome of professionalism and kindness. I will absolutely request him by name again!
