1) I’m blown away by how quickly this company was able to send two guys over; Anthony and Leroy did an amazing job, doing an excellent, fast and efficient job, all while being very friendly and helpful. You may pay a little bit extra to have a same-day delivery like I just did, but I can guarantee it’s absolutely worth it. I had a 21 year old Mitsubishi big screen, rear projection TV that was very bulky (still works, but has a faded screen) and was only sitting in place as a piece of furniture with a blanket draped over it. They were able to come over within me making an appointment just under a timeframe of two hours; so considering it’s two days after Thanksgiving and they have this work availability (doing such an excellent job and making everything as transparent as possible), I highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again in the future! 2) This is an additional review, for my second time ever using 1-800-GOT-JUNK: this time around it was Jaime and Myles and just like the guys before, just excellent and very personable professionalism - they showed up quickly (with great communication ahead of time), definitely made sure to tip them. The quality of service was bar-none the best for when you want immediate large-ish items hauled off (this time it was 2 medium to large older recliners that have had their day), Big thank you again to Jaime and Myles, the dispatch…everybody all-around…it’s a very user-friendly/customer friendly service that 1-800-GOT-JUNK offers.
