Tobi and Darryl J went above and beyond with my service today. I needed some trash picked up that hadn’t been removed by the city and they were here as soon as humanly possible. They asked me if I needed help with anything in addition to what I asked to be removed, which I really appreciated. At the end of my service, even after payment, they helped a gentleman who was stuck in my alley in a 20 foot box truck to get out of the alley by breaking up snow banks and going far beyond their job description just to help out another person in need. Not only are these guys incredible employees of this company, but they’re also incredible people who deserve to be recognized. This was my first experience with 1800 Got Junk, and because of this experience, it will not be my last. They will have my business until my dying day. Thank you Tobi and Darryl J for everything. Truly turned a junk removal job into an unforgettable experience.
