Brandon and Avery we're top notch delivering excellent customer service. However the same cannot be said about their call sales center. They quoted a completely different price for removal of my items by a few hundred dollars. Its unfortunate because it's not the workers fault, but the company. I couldn't even get a donation receipt as they said I would get one. The items were not difficult to move, or take a lot of time to load. This needs to improve. Not cool getting blindsided when they arrive at your home with a different price and no donation receipt.

The guys were flexible in modifying the order and letting me know cost changes to the total visit as we went along adding more items for removal. They also cared about protecting walls and carpets when moving items. They were also on time based on the original estimate.
