I had such a great experience with Jonathan and Shane from 1-800-JUNK that I felt like I had to share it. From the moment they showed up, they were incredibly friendly, professional, and respectful. You can tell right away when people genuinely care about the work they’re doing, and these two absolutely did. They showed up right on time, introduced themselves with great attitudes, and immediately got to work. What really stood out to me was how positive and helpful they were throughout the whole process. Getting rid of junk can sometimes feel overwhelming, but Jonathan and Shane made it feel easy and stress-free. They didn’t just rush through the job either—they took the time to make sure everything was handled carefully and exactly the way I wanted. Both of them worked incredibly hard and kept great energy the entire time. They were efficient, organized, and clearly experienced at what they do. On top of that, they were just genuinely good people to talk to while they worked, which made the whole experience that much better. It’s rare these days to come across service that actually exceeds expectations, but Jonathan and Shane absolutely did. They treated my space with respect, made sure everything was cleaned up when they finished, and left me feeling relieved to finally have everything taken care of. If you ever get the chance to have Jonathan and Shane help you out through 1-800-JUNK, consider yourself lucky. They’re a fantastic team, and they turned what could have been a stressful job into a smooth and positive experience. Easy 5 stars. Highly recommend!

I had a queen bed frame and box spring mattress to dispose of (completely/partially broken down from IKEA) and had Adrian show up to help me out; gave clear price breakdowns and covered the bases on how I’d be charged. It was funny, he mention it already was leg day at the gym today, but we still managed to load the truck in less than an hour. Very grateful to have an efficient worker, smart with saving space in the truck, super chill vibe and sick tattoos! If I was the owner or a stockholder of 1-800-GOTJUNK that dude deserves more than standard/competitive wage increase and a banger yearly bonus check. 6/5 ⭐️ to you Adrian
