The entire experience from the initial call to pick-up was smooth. It was very easy to set up the appointment with the excellent automated system 1-800-GOT-JUNK uses. I was kept updated and sent reminders. I had a 2 hour window from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm and received a call from a real person at 9:30 letting me know my crew would call me when on the way. I got a call at about 10 a.m. from Augie saying he would and his partner, Casey, would be arriving in 27 minutes. They arrived right on time and worked very fast. Augie and Casey were very professional and friendly, great representatives of the company. It might a little more than going to a non-chain, but the quality of service, the professionalism, and proper equipment to remove items is well worth it. Finally, it was very easy to pay with a credit card. Cash is also accepted. I highly recommend this company!

Phillip and Ron were friendly and professional they were able to tear down my trampoline in less than 20 minutes. I definitely recommend their services to anyone getting rid of junk, this was quicker and cheaper than me doing it myself!
