This company offers great customer service and instant results. I needed a sectional couch removed that my HOA would not cover without an astronomical price to do so with their waste management partners. In addition, I would have had to wait over a week. However, Got Junk did it same day at cheap price. They even allowed negotiation with the price as well as additional clean up and added minor items at no charge. The two gentlemen who did the removal, Josh and Dwayne, were stellar in their service and generous with their additional labor offerings. Will definitely use Got Junk again for future removal.

Service was excellent. Very professional and kind. Very reasonable price. I will definitely be using them for every junk project I have. They were on time and cleared everything at a fast pace.

*UPDATE* After leaving my review my phone rang and I was contacted by the Operations Manager, Mr. TJ. He was very pleasant, professional and apologetic for the experience and took ownership and initiative to ensure all issues and concerns were addressed and resolved. I am happy to report not only were we able to get the appointment day and time that was originally scheduled but he and another manager attended it personally! Now that's customer service excellence!! 👌🏾 Way to turn a terrible experience into an A+++ Thank you for caring! Attempted to book with them twice formy father! First time online and nobody showed up, called to find out what happened only to be told I canceled when I never spoke to anyone. Ok, misunderstanding possibly, Booked over the phone for same day afternoon appointment. I get a call from the driver stating they'll be there by 11am!! WHAT?? No! I was forced to cancel the appointment because they were already in the area and didn't want to come at the agreed upon time. Completely unprofessional, unorganized!!

Chauncey and Miguel were outstanding in their service! They kept me posted as to their schedule and made special accommodations for my schedule. Chauncey did a great job in explaining the terms and conditions for the removal and explained, in detail, the pricing policy. Payment was simple. The actual removal of the furniture (covertible couch and love seat) was quick and easy with care given to our property and the items being removed.
