I used the business in Mount Kisco, NY and the price was reasonable based on 3 other estimates and the particular team I worked with was the most responsive and patient in dealing with a difficult property management company in providing a COI (certificate of insurance) and scheduling. I also worked with a different team for another job in Tarrytown, NY and they were amazing as well, as that was another challenging job because of dealing with an assisted living facility during a time of loss and grief. Would definitely use again. In the past few years I used junk luggers, which was inefficient and wasted time and money, and college hunks haul junk was at minimum competence. 1800GotJunk was by far the best. No comparison.

Nate and Boss were great! I was amazed that it took them less than a half hour to load all our stuff. The price was right as well — much less than we had been quoted yesterday on the basis of pictures.

Andy and Seth loaded a really heavy vending machine and were able to problem solve to get it loaded and out. Great experience.
