Appreciate the guys coming out and giving an honest estimate that I didn't anticipate to pay for donating what I believe to be valuable items passed down from my mom and grandmother. If lifepath was more upfront with me from the initial call I probably would have decline for them to dispatch a crew. The 2 guys that did show up did an excellent job explaining and I would consider them in the future

Chris and Julian were the two workers that came to the house. They were cordial, friendly and knowledgeable of the industry. They made it easy to part with sentimental items and were extremely quick to acquire the items and haul them away. I am more than pleased with 1-800-Got-junk!!! I've been trying for months, to get a broken washer/dryer set out of my yard, but could not find anyone that was reasonable or reliable. While at work, I went online to just get an estimate, but somehow made an appointment for that same day. Not only did they arrive as stated, but what they charged me, was mind blowing! Not only that, but it was removed, by the time I got home from work! I love to do reviews...especially when they're good ones, and this company has made me a very satisfied and happy customer! Great, professional job by Cowboy Lee and his partner! So much stuff in my basement, attic, and garage, all gone. I am single and was overwhelmed by the job facing me. Something that would have taken me at least a week ,and a few hours it was done!
