We were looking to remove some junk to prepare for a move. Jay and Kai from 1-800-GOT-JUNK? Charleston were great. They came out to my mom’s home to provide an estimate for junk removal, and since we had never gone through the process before, we really didn’t know what to expect. They both took the time to walk us through the entire process step by step and clearly explained how the pricing worked for various items. They were extremely patient, professional, and transparent, which made us feel very comfortable and informed throughout the visit. Their customer service was outstanding, and you can tell they genuinely care about helping their customers. We will be using this service again.
