Evan came to my home to collect old furniture that was just taking up way too much space in my apartment. He was very friendly, communicated effectively with me before the appointment and was extremely friendly. They made a point of being careful and making sure to not damage the walls in my unit or in the stairwell. The removal process was particularly hard as I live on a 4th floor with no elevator. The boys did outstanding work and I would proudly recommend their service anytime. 5 stars, I will be using them again.

The two man crew who showed up were great! They got rid of everything I pointed to and they even swept up afterwards. Highly recommended!

A prompt, professional, and thoughtful team picked up our old mattress and box spring - they were a pleasure to have in our home and a good reminder of why we work with this company over others. I'm also very impressed with the care they took to ensure that the mattress was kept clean to increase the chance it could be donated and not recycled. Kyle and Peter did a great job start to finish. While 1-800-Got-Junk is not always the cheapest option, I've always felt that I got my money's worth when I hired them. They're just a cut above.
