We had such a great experience! Emerson and Stevie came to remove our oven, and from start to finish they were incredibly friendly, courteous, and professional. They were very respectful while inside our home and even took the time to chat with us about the company and some of the other services they offer. One thing that was especially important to us was that our oven is still usable, and rather than simply throwing it away, we really wanted to see if it could potentially be donated to a family in need. They explained that they work with local donation organizations, including places like The Salvation Army, and would try to give it an opportunity to be reused rather than just discarded. I really appreciated that. Overall, it was an extremely positive experience. Emerson and Stevie were personable, helpful, respectful of our home, and genuinely pleasant to work with. It’s always nice when what could have been a simple pickup turns into an experience that leaves you feeling really good about the company you chose. I would absolutely recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future. Thank you, Emerson and Stevie!
