Joe Jacucci

I’m Joe Jacucci, Operations Manager for 1-800-GOT-JUNK? in Palm Beach. Before joining 1-800-GOT-JUNK?, I worked in retail and restaurant management, with 10 years at Hollywood Video, working my way up from Assistant Manager to Area Director. I also spent 7 years with Chili’s, working as a Service Manager, Kitchen Manager, and Bar Manager. I finally decided it was time to get out of the restaurant business and was looking for a totally new challenge. With 1-800-GOT-JUNK?, I knew I had found a company where I could make a difference using my skills I learned from both retail and restaurant management experience.

The best thing about being an Operations Manager is making a difference in the lives of our truck team members. Knowing they can count on me and showing them they aren’t in it alone gives me great satisfaction. It’s a job that never stops challenging me! The most challenging days you do a bit more problem solving which is rewarding in its own way. Better days are awesome when its busy and everything is smooth, and you make it to the end of the day to see the business numbers come in and everything firing on ALL cylinders.

As a franchise, we love giving back to the community and proudly donate bicycles to Jack the Bike Man, an organization that seeks to provide:

Outside of work, you can find me spending time with my family. I have 4 siblings and we are remarkably close. I also have 8 nieces and nephews, and they always keep me busy! I am also passionate about interior design. With all the gorgeous homes we go into I love to look at the architecture and the design.
