This was our first time using 1-800-GOT-JUNK. It was a choice we would definitely make again. The customer service was fantastic leading up to the appointment and it was super easy to book the pick up. On the day of the pick up, E and Dom were the two gentlemen who came out to take care of us. The guys arrived promptly. They both were super friendly and courteous. I believe it’s the 7th time we’ve used their service and always just very efficient working with them. Quick to respond, provides quotes on site, and team members always double check to make sure item is to be thrown out. Today we had the pleasure of working with Kohya and Keoki. They both were very quick, polite, and awesome to work with. Made the appointment only 3 hours before they arrived. I’m so happy they can accommodate on such short notice.

They explained every step of the process, communicated everything, and were incredibly professional and friendly! I honestly couldn’t have imagined a better experience.
