They were fast, efficient and professional. They showed up on time and got right to work. I needed a lot of junk removed quickly to make sure my client was able to close on their real estate transaction before the contract expired. Steven was so proactive in asking if I wanted to remove any other items in my kitchen as he saw I still had many other items that I was cleaning up. The guys even cleaned up the whole corner area after they removed the furniture. Service and attitude was amazing. I would recommend them!

I used 1-800-Got-Junk to empty a 20' storage unit today. I was easily able to schedule the removal at a time that was convenient for me. They sent two men that were super professional and friendly. They were able to answer all of my questions, provide me with an estimate on-site and empty the unit in less than 90 minutes. The unit ended up being too full for one truck, so they called another truck in to assist. That truck was able to come the same day so we did not have to schedule another time. I plan to keep their contact information and use them for any future jobs I have!
Tony Germano was amazing. A couple of hours after he and his partner took our couch and other stuff, we couldn’t find our indoor cat. We searched everywhere in the house and outside. I remembered that the cat sometimes crawled into the lining of the couch. I called Tony. He was driving on the Mass Pike but said he would pull over and check. Sure enough, our cat was still inside the lining. We offered to meet them somewhere but Tony insisted that it was no problem and they drove back to our house. Our cat was unharmed, just very spooked and thirsty. We can’t thank Tony enough for his professionalism and kindness. He didn’t miss a beat, just brought our cat back with a smile. And, of course, he and his partner were efficient and helpful in taking our junk. Thank you ❤️
