Two very nice men showed up on time and worked diligently to clean up yard debris from my back yard. They also took two old microwave ovens and a broken portable air conditioner. They were very pleasant and courteous.

Justin is the MAN!! He picked up an insanely heavy dresser from my one bedroom apartment with no incidents, and he did it by himself. I know it was no easy feat, and even after taking the dresser he maintained a cordial and professional attitude towards me. I didn't know Superman existed in real life, but I think I know that his name is Justin!

Ty and Nelson were polite and professional, and cleaned out everything in under 15 minutes. They asked questions to make sure they took what I wanted to go and not what I wanted to keep (I almost accidentally told them to take a tub that wasn't supposed but Ty asked to make sure, I'm very greatful for that!) Highly recommend these guys

They arrived on time, we’re friendly and professional; moved and loaded quickly. They tackled an unusually heavy piece, manipulating it though an extremely tight space without damage or any (of their) injuries. Recommending them highly!

A professional experience! Can’t say enough great things about 1-800-GOT-JUNK. From start to finish the process was seamless. Terrance and Josh, were great. I was notified when they were on their way, once they arrived I showed them what needed to be removed. I thought I had a lot of stuff (even more than pictured) but man they are quick!! They dealt with so many stairs/ heavy stuff all while being calm to cool and collected — that’s not easy!! I really appreciate the hard work and professionalism. Much better than any “local junk guy”. I highly recommend.
