They were fast, efficient and professional. They showed up on time and got right to work. I needed a lot of junk removed quickly to make sure my client was able to close on their real estate transaction before the contract expired. Steven was so proactive in asking if I wanted to remove any other items in my kitchen as he saw I still had many other items that I was cleaning up. The guys even cleaned up the whole corner area after they removed the furniture. Service and attitude was amazing. I would recommend them!
Show moreShow lessOn June 12, 2024, 1-800-Got-Junk sent Trey to my house to provide an estimate to rid my shed of years of junk, then demolish and haul off what was left of a 30-year-old structure. Trey provided that estimate, which was somewhat lower than I had expected. From the get-go, I was surprisingly impressed with the professional manner which Trey scrutinized the shed, carefully inspected the dilapidated content, and sized up the gate which led to my back yard which he had already surveyed. When he and his crew arrived the following morning, I became instantly aware that those men came for business. The men worked throughout the morning in a no-nonsense, efficient manner. I must note that Trey led his crew by example; he did not hesitate to wade into their midst and work as hard as they did. I have not seen such hard workers since my platoon and I chopped down bamboo thickets for two weeks in the August heat of Vietnam, 1965. I have a newer shed that sits almost at the end of my back yard. I am a few months shy of 80 and although the new shed will undoubtedly outlast me, in the event the good Lord sees fit to keep me around until it wears down before I do, 1-800-Got-Junk will get my call.
Gantt and Noah arrived within the time they estimated, made a short assessment of the task before them, and without hesitation, quickly put that task behind them! I wish I had room to describe the magnitude of work they accomplished in the very short time they were here. I'll just say that it included dismantling and removing a 26' above ground pool that Sally killed. Professional, courteous, and HARD working guys, and a real benefit to the company. I won't hesitate to call them again, and they have my highest recommendation! Thanks again for an outstanding job!
Needed stuff gone, but we were saving stuff until we found a sustainable option. We take plastic packaging sans paper labels to Target, and cut cardboard shipping boxes into 3x3 sections and ferry them to Dakota County ♻️. I use what I can in my gardening and composting. We’ve been waiting for Ridwell (styrofoam) for months to come to the area. It all piles up. Research of who will take what items, then processing what we can’t repurpose, and running around dropping off loads has become a part-time job. We don’t just want stuff hauled off to the landfill, we want it disposed off responsibly through donation, recycling/repurposing, or energy generation/composting. We finally decided on 1800GotJunk for ALL these reasons. They accomplish more than we can at a competitive and even lower price (look at how expensive Stericycle containers are for styrofoam). They are fair, personable (Jake and Leo were OUTSTANDING ambassadors for the company 🥇) and fast. I can’t recommend their services enough. And make sure to tip the teams when they come to your door, relieving you of the stuff you don’t need anymore!

The experience with 1-800GOTJUNK was great! Nate and Larry gave an accurate arrival time and worked very well together. They were extremely efficient, speedy, and respectful. As a team, they were able to fit my entire junk pile (literally like Tetris) into their already half-full truck. I was very satisfied with the customer service I received and will definitely recommend this company to anyone with junk removal needs!
