Dorian and the other employee with him (I feel bad I cannot remember his name) were fantastic! Very professional and efficient process from start to finish. I even got a text after submitting my date and time letting me know they were in the area if I wanted them to come that day instead . Great communication with me prior to arrival and they came right on time. They took a couch and loveseat very quickly. Incredibly friendly and didn’t mind moving a few things for me in order to get the furniture out. Put everything back before they left. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future. I love that they donate what they can and recycle what they cannot.

The guys were great! Super polite, even when our steep and icy driveway made their job a lot harder. Explained everything up front and did a quick job of our loaded garage.

The 1800 boys showed up on time and really early in the appointment window. We showed them what needed to be loaded up and disposed of. They ran through pricing and they were out of our budget. They worked with us to get what was needed done within our budget. The guys then loaded everything up quickly and didn’t damage anything else. Good work!

The guys were extremely professional and efficient. They communicated their arrival time. When they arrived they told me what to expect and explained the costs. They removed all my “junk” very quickly. Then they did a quick tour of the house before leaving to make sure there wasn’t anything else I wanted removed. Fantastic experience! 2 guys were in and out of here with my chair in about 10 minutes flat. Price was reasonable as well.
