Had a great experience this morning with David and Deangelo. My mom needed a large sofa removed. They called when they were on their way. The took the time to assess the size of the couch and the width of the entryway. They took their time squeezing the sofa through the door. They both were very friendly and courteous. This is the second time my mom has used this company and has had a positive experience each time. I would highly recommend using them if you need things removed from your home.

Made the appointment 3 hours before they arrived, right hurt on time. Caleb and Brad came out efficiently cleaned up the junk and it was all done in 30 minutes. Another well done job by 1-800 Got Junk!

I called mid morning and was pleased with my first contact - a capable young woman. She explained the process and answered all my questions. Then I was contacted with an estimate and appointment time. By noon 2 strong and cordial young men had removed my item. My problem was solved with no hiccups or disappointments. All four people earned my appreciation, respect and comment of "well done." Thank you GOT JUNK.

I have lived in two states where I have used 1-800-Got-Junk. Today, Chauncey and Larry showed up and took care of the pile of garage garbage I needed to get rid of. The dump and my waste pickup service wouldn't take it, but these guys showed up, quoted and took care of it in under 15 minutes. Totally worth it.

Hunter and Dominic were awesome, it was an all day job, but they got it done. Garage and basement are cleaned out. Will definitely use them again. Hunter explained all the pricing up front so there were no surprises when it came to the final bill.

We had a great experience with Von and Max. We were able to have our items removed on the day that we initially called. The process was well communicated, Von called each step of the way to let me know status, timing, and next steps. I wasn't able to be at the removal location and he was able to take payment by phone. Props to this team for making the process super easy and convenient.
