It was a great experience. The truck showed up on time, the two man crew went right to work loading my junk and finished in half an hour. I was very pleased with their performance and would use them again. I recommend them highly.

This company was great from start to finish. They cleaned out my mother’s house after an estate sale. They went outside of their normal range, all the way to Tokeland WA, to make sure we were taken care of. They were done in 2 and a half hours. They even found some very important documents we could not find for months. I highly recommend this company.

Quell explained the pricing and showed me a picture of the space it took up in the truck. Overall, great experience. If I need more things removed, I will certainly go back to them!

I requested a time on Saturday and they were there the next day. Pricing was great (much less than I thought it would be). The 2 gentleman that came were very polite and quick. The whole process was easy and convenient from start to finish. Would highly recommend!

After my husband's Aunt passed away. we had to clean out the Upper West Side Manhattan apartment she had lived in for over 70 years. We were able to give away most of her belongings as mementos to friends and relatives. There were, however, a few large pieces of furniture that were too worn to repurpose and too big to consign to the building's trash. We called 1-800-Got Junk and easily made an appointment online. They didn't give us a price quote online, but I was able to call and get what turned out to be a pretty exact and fair estimate. They were able to get to us quickly, so we didn't have to stress about getting the apartment cleaned out by the end of the lease period. The two movers who came, Mo and Ornell, were friendly, efficient and very careful not to scratch any of the walls or floors in the building. We appreciated their care, their speed, and the great value of the service they provided. We would definitely use them again.
