I contacted 1-800-JUNK in Raleigh to haul away an entire backyard worth of debris–leaves, roots, sticks. I worked over a weekend on the grunt work and had raked into 2 piles (ended up being a truck worth!). Alex and G gave me a heads up when they were on their way, on time and within the arrival window, assessed the job (which I understand now is not their typical), and got to work. Alex and G were utmost professional, kind, courteous, hardworking, and conscientious. Despite it being really hard work they did it all with a smile, including in the hot sun and through a passing shower. It was an incredibly easy and frictionless experience, I recommend them without hesitation. Price was fair compared to other quotes I received. Only note is that the crew would benefit from some additional tools on board, luckily we had equipment they could use. 10/10!
