My experience with 1-800-Got Junk was stellar from start to finish. Scheduling (and re-scheduling multiple times) on-line was faultless at each instance, while in overall terms, the company met and exceed ed expectations at every turn. From timely communication to efficient management of time on-site., Eli and Katelyn were as good-humored as they were proficient at their jobs and I literally could not have been happier I acted on my notice of the television and for 1-800-Got Junk!

Mason and Bryce were both polite and informative. They concisely conveyed the pricing scale and moments after confirming the items to remove, they gloved up and got to work. My junk items were removed swiftly but gently. Afterwards, payment took but a moment. All told I believe everything, including payment, took less than 15 minutes.
