We were really impressed with how quickly they came (within an hour of placing a call) and gave us a fair estimate and cleared our stuff within 20 mins!! We were so amazed and impressed how quickly they worked and they took EVERYTHING (we did a garage clean out, so it included things like garden equipment, paint, grout, old tiles, batteries, old electronics). Bobby and his crew did an incredible job clearing out our garage, attic and shed. They took yard debris too. They were on time, organized, extremely polite, and great at communicating the process and asking questions along the way. They explained the pricing and what would be necessary up front so I knew exactly what the total would be. I highly recommend their services and would call them first should I ever need them again!

This was our second time using the 1-800-Got-Junk folks and once again they were fabulous! They work so quickly, take everything and make the whole process so convenient and easy. I am 100% sure we will use them again in the future and I would recommend them to anyone that has more than one truck load to take to the dump. Plus they take care of sorting and donating and they take things that you can't bring to the dump like batteries and helium canisters. Their amazing-give them a try!

I called to set up an estimate and they came the next day. (I called later in the day). Sean was the first to arrive I believe, he did an outstanding job. He was clear with communicating the pricing of the job, as the load was more than anticipated. Half an hour later two other guys showed up to finish up the job. Their names were Trevor and Mike. All of them were professional, personable, hardworking, and respectful. They were sure to make as much room as possible which was appreciated. All in all, these gentlemen were efficient and phenomenal. Would recommend to anyone looking for removal services. Give these guys a raise!
