They were fast, efficient and professional. They showed up on time and got right to work. I needed a lot of junk removed quickly to make sure my client was able to close on their real estate transaction before the contract expired. Steven was so proactive in asking if I wanted to remove any other items in my kitchen as he saw I still had many other items that I was cleaning up. The guys even cleaned up the whole corner area after they removed the furniture. Service and attitude was amazing. I would recommend them!

Managed to get most of my outside pile...(I said I had a lot) I have never been happier. They really did all the heavy lifting. Will be calling again
Ray and Byron were absolutely amazing. One, I'm pretty sure they are super humans with the speed in which they got rid of heavy trash, and two, they were extremely friendly, professional, and provided excellent customer service. They communicated they were on there way, showed up, and got everything we needed taken away, taken care of before I could blink. I will 100% recommend this this service to all of my friends and family - they were great!!!

Jeremy and Nick were amazing! They were so kind! They were very efficient and worked so quickly. They were even able to qork with me on pricing and got me to a number that worked for my budget. Kenatta who called to confirm my appointment and to just let me know that Nick and Jeremy were running a bit behind due to a large job prior to getting to me. She was absolutely wonderful so pleasant and kind as well. I could not recommend this company enough!!
Five stars for 1-800-GOT-JUNK and my awesome boys Noah and Brian! They were courteous, professional, and thorough when I needed a dresser, patio grill, and dining table hauled out of my condo last minute. Noah did a great job explaining 1-800-GOT-JUNK's pricing to me, which WAS steep, but fair if you consider their professionalism, responsiveness, and level of service. It was definitely worth it. They even hung out for a little bit after the job to chat and gave my husky, Maya, lots of love. Maya doesn't always welcome strangers into our space, but Noah and Brian immediately passed the vibe check and were welcomed with a wagging tail and lots of kisses. Maya and I thank you, Noah and Brian! We will definitely be requesting your services again!
HIGHLY recommend this company and team! I called them to have them quote me a large pile of junk removal out of my detached workshop and they came out the next morning. Very professional, polite, and knowledgeable! They quoted me a very reasonable price for removing branches, old wood, patio furniture, old tools, old camping gear and lots of wood working materials. All of this was removed with 1.5 hours AND they completely swept and cleaned out all the extra debris that made my workshop look so ugly, now it looks incredible! Thank you Clay and team!
