They were fast, efficient and professional. They showed up on time and got right to work. I needed a lot of junk removed quickly to make sure my client was able to close on their real estate transaction before the contract expired. Steven was so proactive in asking if I wanted to remove any other items in my kitchen as he saw I still had many other items that I was cleaning up. The guys even cleaned up the whole corner area after they removed the furniture. Service and attitude was amazing. I would recommend them!

I can’t recall the names of the first two gentlemen, but they were phenomenal. Then on Sunday, Patrick and Royce stepped in. They told me to sit back, and in no time everything was done. I know those items were heavy, and not once did they complain. Truly special men! Today, Steve and Quis came for my final stretch, and again… nothing feels better than hearing a man say, “Just sit back, we’ll take care of it.” Amazing experience all around. Their effort, professionalism, and kindness were unmatched. Thank you, guys — each of you made a tough week so much easier. 💙
Two amazing young men, Mikey and Marcus, just spent their Sunday working their fingers to the bone in frigid temperatures, making a massive disaster disappear. I can recommend this company being excellent but the stars, the people on the ground, the ones moving at warp speed to help someone that was seriously in need, were Mikey and Marcus. Henry and Myles were awesome! My old fridge was already outside, but it was still a huge, heavy beast. They pulled up right on time, hopped out with big smiles, and loaded it up fast and easy – no fuss, no damage, super professional. Really friendly guys, fair price, and made the whole thing painless. 10/10, would 100% call them again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I had an excellent experience with 1-800-GOT-JUNK thanks to the two guys who handled my pickup. They were incredibly professional, respectful, and efficient. They removed a sofa, bed, headboard, footboard, ottoman, and a full dining room table with chairs—quickly and with great care. They made a big job look easy! Their customer service was outstanding from start to finish. I highly recommend this team for anyone needing junk removal done right.
