I needed a very heavy old couch removed and while I know the city would have disposed of it for free, actually moving it to the alley would have been incredibly difficult so I called 1-800-GOT-JUNK and spoke with a representative named Shane. He was very attentive & explained thoroughly how their company worked. Their service is based on the volume that your "junk" takes up in their trucks. He was amenable to a negotiation that was fair to me. The two men arrived exactly within the time frame of the appointment I'd set and were courteous and efficient. I would use the service again.

Terrence and Tyler did a GREAT job for us. They were timely, efficient, careful, and personable. They removed some very heavy and unwieldy items from our basement and in doing so had to negotiate winding carpeted stairs and painted walls. A very good experience for us and we recommend them highly.

They gave me a window on when to expect them, they were punctual and professional. Ben and Andre were amazing. All I had to do was point to the items that I wanted removed and they hauled it all away. They were friendly and upbeat, which led to an excellent experience.
