We had used this service previously in Chicago and were just as pleased with the Raleigh outpost. We used them recently for two different pickups; scheduling was a breeze and the crew arrived right on time and worked quickly. The onsite estimates were reasonable given the items for pickup. They even took some materials I wasn't sure they would (old paint) which saved me a tremendous hassle.

I tried to take my pressure-treated lumber scraps to the dump myself. Turns out, the dump won't accept rented flatbed trucks, AND has disposal caps, AND charges per tonne. Frustrated, I called 1-800-GOT-JUNK and less than 3 hours later my pile of rotten PT boards and rusty nails was gone. They even swept the crumbs up. If youre reading this and youre anything like me youre trying to figure out if it's worth it to pay them to do something you could do yourself. IT IS 100% WORTH IT!!
