They were fast, efficient and professional. They showed up on time and got right to work. I needed a lot of junk removed quickly to make sure my client was able to close on their real estate transaction before the contract expired. Steven was so proactive in asking if I wanted to remove any other items in my kitchen as he saw I still had many other items that I was cleaning up. The guys even cleaned up the whole corner area after they removed the furniture. Service and attitude was amazing. I would recommend them!

Their communication prior to arrival was amazing, clear, and professional, which made the whole process feel easy from the start. I’m a small woman trying to move out of a house that’s honestly too large for me, and I had a lot to get rid of. This included a refrigerator, a huge stack of cardboard and foam, yard waste bags, a broken table, and a large couch. It felt overwhelming before they arrived. Kyle was incredibly professional and kind when going over pricing after we walked through everything. He made sure I understood all the details and was very transparent. What stood out most was their integrity. They took the time to carefully consolidate and stack everything in the truck as I wanted ti keep pricing as low as I could. That level of honesty and consideration meant a lot. They also made sure my home stayed safe throughout the process, moving everything carefully and respectfully. He quoted about 20 minutes for the removal, and in less time than that, he knocked on the door to let me know everything was done. They were efficient, thorough, and genuinely kind. They left the area clean and looking so much better than before. The price was fair and the entire experience was easy and stress free. Kyle and Justin truly went above and beyond, and I hope they are recognized for it. I will absolutely be using 1-800-GOT-JUNK again.
Absolutely great service. They matched my budget when I couldn't afford a higher price. Grayson and Jace were extremely well mannered and nice. Even offered to pick up something for me from the gas station. They got out the junk quickly and efficiently with no fuss. Would 100% recommend this place if you need anything taken away!
James and Chris was amazing we had to get a storage unit cleaned out right away theu got here and was able to get the job done quick and efficient. They also swept and left it cleaned. They were amazing people and very friendly and fast. Thank you james and Chris for the hard work and quick work I highly recommend!! 1800 got junk!
