We had quite a bit of "stuff" that we needed to get rid of. I made the arrangements online and it couldn't have been easier. We got a call before they arrived -letting us know they were on their way. They took inventory of everything we wanted them to take- gave us an estimate of what it would cost, (cost based on how much of the trailer they fill with your goods) and took everything on our list. We didn't have to do anything except point to what we wanted gone. I would do it again in a heart beat! They were super nice and very professional. We had Jeremy and Moses. They were great!

We have used junk luggers twice now and both times have been great! Very professional and can haul out anything. Definitely recommend this company if you need to clean anything out!!! Chris and Bryson did an awesome job!!!

My experience was amazing! The two guys who helped me were Jason and Sebastian. They were so helpful. I have used 1-800-GOT-JUNK in the past because I saw an ad on YouTube and I had used them for the past 3 years. They have always been so helpful. Today living in a new state Jason and Sebastian let me know what time they were arriving. They arrived right on time. And then they helped take everything I needed away and then helped me rake the leaves that were left in my driveway. They were so kind and very understanding and I would definitely recommend them again when I use 1-800-GOT-JUNK again.
