They were fast, efficient and professional. They showed up on time and got right to work. I needed a lot of junk removed quickly to make sure my client was able to close on their real estate transaction before the contract expired. Steven was so proactive in asking if I wanted to remove any other items in my kitchen as he saw I still had many other items that I was cleaning up. The guys even cleaned up the whole corner area after they removed the furniture. Service and attitude was amazing. I would recommend them!
Show moreShow lessI have to be honest. This was my very first time using a junk removal service. When I heard the price, my heart dropped to my socks. Seeing my confusion, Kyle and Chris took the time to explain the pricing line item by line item. Really set my mind at ease. They were in and out so fast, it was like they weren't even here. They even asked if they could vacuum the 3 or 4 dust bunnies that fell off the furniture they removed. Long story short, they were great...Even worth the money. If you do hire Got Junk in the MI 586,734 or 313 area codes...ask For Kyle and Chris.
I just want to say Enrique and Jared are amazing, I'm in a 1 bdrm apt and moving and needed to get rid of a lot of items. They came in clutch and got everything out in less than an hour. I will definitely recommend them to anyone who is moving and getting rid of things they no longer need. They also donate stuff back to community, which is amazing in a time like this! Thank you Enrique and Jared from bottom of my heart!
Kyle H and Chris P did an incredible job. We live in a world where customer service seems to be non existent. I can say these two gentlemen blew me away. From the money they called to how they left me. If I good then more than 5 stars, I would. Very friendly, very organized, very fast. Trust me, the were incredible. Highly recommended.
Let me start off by saying what a wonderful experience. This Was working with you got junk. We were from out of state dealing with a death in the family and had scheduled a pick up with another company load up. Load up was supposed to be there that morning and screwed me over telling me they would unfortunately not be able to schedule a driver until the following Tuesday. This timeframe was unacceptable and would not work for us as we had been waiting all week dealing with the death in the family. After calling you got junk and they arrived only a couple hours later to help us out. They were communicative throughout the entire process, calling me as they were making their way towards the apartment. The driver, Anthony even offered to pick up ice cold drinks for us. Anthony and Nathaniel arrived as scheduled and worked their butts off for several hours to complete this task. I am extremely grateful for the services that were provided by this company and recommend them 10 times over.
Derek and Patrick were wonderful! They called half an hour before arriving which gave us time to prepare our junk. They got here and Sebastian informed us of the process, which was very quick. They took care when moving furniture out of our house, watching for corners, door frames, screen doors, etc. we cleaned around the item and cleared a path for them, but they did all the heavy lifting. They even offered to help us arrange our new furniture free of charge once they had loaded the junk into their truck. Get these guys to Hawaii!
