Very happy and impressed with the service I received when getting rid of an old mattress. The appointment was very easy to schedule (and reschedule as I had a change of plans on my part). They also did a fantastic job of communicating and confirming the appointment the day prior, checking in the day of to provide an expected ETA, and then calling once more with a specific ETA once their previous job was completed. Ian and Wolfgang were very polite, professional, and courteous throughout the entire process and I would definitely use this service again!
