Never used a removal service so wasn't sure what to expect. I booked online and appt was confirmed. As stated in confirmation email they would get ahold of me 25-35 mins before arrival. They called within that window. Jeremy and Bob were both friendly, professional, careful and happy to be helping me out. They were in and out to remove my couch within 5-10 mins and was on their way. I also paid an affordable price for this one piece first time removal. I def recommend

Cameron came as a solo Truck team member and was communicative, fast and efficient very respectful of my house by asking if id like him to remove shoes. Charged me fairly and left no stone unturned you’ve got your self a great one 1800 got junk.
