I just watched the truck pull out of my driveway with all of my junk on board. This is the fourth time I’ve used your company. I have always been very pleased with your company service but, I have to say today exceeded all of those. Mario and Toop were absolutely fantastic!! Friendly, quick courteous. So much so that I invited them to a cookout that I’m having at my house on May 30. I really hope they accept the invitation. Not only am I pleased with the service but I’m very happy to say I made two new friends. Thank you so much. I will certainly use you again in the future.

Today I had 1-800- GOT-JUNK come to my home to pick up a 9 foot couch and a very heavy motorized recliner. The scheduling process was easy and the communication was friendly and professional. Zakk and Brody were very charming and accommodating. They offered an appraisal right on the spot. Once the price was agreed on they promptly loaded up my items with ease and were gone within 15 minutes. Thank you so much for taking care of something I was dreading with ease and humor. I will definitely call them again.
