They were fast, efficient and professional. They showed up on time and got right to work. I needed a lot of junk removed quickly to make sure my client was able to close on their real estate transaction before the contract expired. Steven was so proactive in asking if I wanted to remove any other items in my kitchen as he saw I still had many other items that I was cleaning up. The guys even cleaned up the whole corner area after they removed the furniture. Service and attitude was amazing. I would recommend them!

I just needed to get rid of some old furniture so I could replace it with some new. I had already set up the delivery of the new stuff and had tried to sell or give away the old stuff weeks again with no takers. I needed to get rid of the old stuff ASAP. I was able to set up an appointment for the day after I contacted 1-800-GOT-JUNK for them to come out. The appointment was made online (quick and easy). The driver (Christian) called to tell me he was on his way, showed up with a helper and was done in 20 minutes. A little pricey? Yes. Worth it because they got the job done when I needed it.
My 4th time using the company. Andre and Dallas showed up on time, were polite, and cordial. Did a great job explaining the process and providing an estimate before starting. They took almost a 1/4 truck load of items inclusive of an extremely heavy items. They took their time and did a great job getting everything down the stairs. I would recommend the company and recommend requesting Andre and Dallas be assigned to you. They were great. Anthony South Philly
