They were fast, efficient and professional. They showed up on time and got right to work. I needed a lot of junk removed quickly to make sure my client was able to close on their real estate transaction before the contract expired. Steven was so proactive in asking if I wanted to remove any other items in my kitchen as he saw I still had many other items that I was cleaning up. The guys even cleaned up the whole corner area after they removed the furniture. Service and attitude was amazing. I would recommend them!

I didn't realize that 1-800-GOTJUNK will take your items for donation!!! So our “junk” could be used for good without my husband and me having to figure out how to haul our donations to a center and without the guilt of throwing great household items away. And the guys were just great people to have in your home during a stressful time. Incredibly helpful, very respectful, and offered the willingness to be supportive. The process was so much more positive than I anticipated. Thank you so much!!!!!!
We used 1-800-GOT-JUNK previously in another state so we decided to use their services again. We expected them 8-10a and were notified approximately 30 minutes prior to their arrival promptly at 8a. The gentlemen, Tristan S. and Dylan R. displayed the utmost respect and professionalism removing our unwanted items. We highly recommend their services and would consider doing business with them again if needed in the future.
I have used the Nashua got junk company about a 1/2dozen or so times in the last 10 years. They are always so professional! The young men that have come here are professionally dressed in uniform they’re very respectful and they are very fair in their pricing. I keep going back every single time because I trust them and they are very patient with me as I keep adding to the load lol. Thanks again. I love got junk day.!!!

I also really appreciated how courteous and well put together they were — they came in clean and professional, which honestly matters more than people think when you’re having workers come into your home.
