The pre-engagement customer service was crystal clear, setting the stage perfectly. On the big day, I arrived to find their truck already on-site and ready for battle at the self-storage facility. The crew lead, Kadir, surveyed the mountain of items with a sharp eye, walked me through the plan of attack, and gave me a very fair quote for what turned out to be six hours of grueling work. Kadir and Sameer were absolute rockstars. Not only were they some of the most hardworking and professional guys I’ve ever met, but they were also incredibly kind and thoughtful throughout the whole exhausting process. They wrestled the heaviest items, dismantled stubborn shelving, disposed of everything while recycling what they could, and left the empty units practically sparkling. I cannot recommend this service highly enough. Massive thanks to Kadir and Sameer for going above and beyond to save the day!

Living in the foothills with limited transportation, 800-Got -Junk made for a seamless, efficient, & very reasonably priced mattress removal. The young men were very polite and offered assistance with moving in a replacement mattress - a tremendous help that I, alone, could not have done. It also was appreciated that I was able to schedule the appointment literally the day prior. Will definitely be using their services again!

Jonny and kaiden were fantastic! It was a warm day and they worked so quickly even though I had stuff in 4 different places. I cannot recommend enough! And it was cheaper than me renting a dumpster and doing it myself.
