I cannot say enough good things about Ronnie and Alan. They were just great! Both were extremely courteous and explained the entire process in detail before the job began. Once the job was completed, we did a brief walk-through to make sure everything was done as requested, and as promised. After loading all the items into the truck, they even cleaned up the area, leaving it looking better than it has in a long time. No complaints! Ronnie and Alan were great and I would use 1-800-GOT-JUNK again without hesitation.
