They were fast, efficient and professional. They showed up on time and got right to work. I needed a lot of junk removed quickly to make sure my client was able to close on their real estate transaction before the contract expired. Steven was so proactive in asking if I wanted to remove any other items in my kitchen as he saw I still had many other items that I was cleaning up. The guys even cleaned up the whole corner area after they removed the furniture. Service and attitude was amazing. I would recommend them!

Emailed 1-800-Got-Junk and they responded right away, scheduled a pick up first thing the next morning, and called to confirm/answer questions. Super easy process. The guys came out on time the next morning, Traci and Landon were extremely professional, good attitude about the amount of stuff to move, and easy to work with. They got 2 full trucks loaded right away, and doubled checked to make sure everything was collected as needed, despite the heat. Prices are very fair considering the amount of items we needed removed, but they were still happy to explain pricing and were transparent about any charges. These guys are great, strongly recommend to anyone needing junk removed, and I will definitely remember who to call in the future.
