They were fast, efficient and professional. They showed up on time and got right to work. I needed a lot of junk removed quickly to make sure my client was able to close on their real estate transaction before the contract expired. Steven was so proactive in asking if I wanted to remove any other items in my kitchen as he saw I still had many other items that I was cleaning up. The guys even cleaned up the whole corner area after they removed the furniture. Service and attitude was amazing. I would recommend them!
Show moreShow lessI cannot say enough good things about Ronnie and Alan. They were just great! Both were extremely courteous and explained the entire process in detail before the job began. Once the job was completed, we did a brief walk-through to make sure everything was done as requested, and as promised. After loading all the items into the truck, they even cleaned up the area, leaving it looking better than it has in a long time. No complaints! Ronnie and Alan were great and I would use 1-800-GOT-JUNK again without hesitation.
I should’ve called them sooner! They were in and out with work that would’ve taken up my entire day. They were friendly and even helped take out my trash. Jordan and Adam were considerate, because I was really embarrassed and they made the whole process feel relaxing and now I feel like a weight has been lifted with all my random things gone. Don’t be embarrassed. Call them!
The easiest way to get rid of junk! You book online, they call when they are on their way, give an affordable estimate, load up the junk and that’s it! I got to work with Moses, Sam, and Ryam who were so nice, professional, and friendly! I would definitely recommend and call them in the future!
