It had been long day of good hard-work and business for them by the time they got to my place at 8 pm at night, and they greeted me with the care, consideration, and energy they would have had at their first job of the day. They were straightforward and informative with the breakdown of my costs and overall totally helped me with my worries about moving out of my old place. I was in a pinch and needed some items removed from my house. Even though it didn’t look like the team was going to make it to me in time, Brandon went out of his way to get to me and assist me with the items I needed. He was very nice and it was a very smooth operation. Great service and highly recommend to anyone.

Dean and Tanner were both very polite and professional throughout the process. They did a great job communicating updates, especially since they were running late by about an hour and a half, which I appreciated. While they weren’t able to take all of my items in one trip due to already having a partially full truck, they handled the situation well. They were upfront about the limitation and even offered to come back at a discounted rate to finish the job, which shows strong customer service and a willingness to make things right. Overall, despite the delay and needing a second pickup, their friendly attitude, clear communication, and effort to accommodate my needs made for a positive experience.
