They were fast, efficient and professional. They showed up on time and got right to work. I needed a lot of junk removed quickly to make sure my client was able to close on their real estate transaction before the contract expired. Steven was so proactive in asking if I wanted to remove any other items in my kitchen as he saw I still had many other items that I was cleaning up. The guys even cleaned up the whole corner area after they removed the furniture. Service and attitude was amazing. I would recommend them!

The building is downtown and there is a loading dock that takes some navigating to get into and they knew exactly where to go. They were also really respectful of the community spaces and aware of the tight spaces when moving everything. Kay was great
I would like to give a HUGE THANK YOU to JayJay and Tre from 1-800-GOT-JUNK! They did an absolutely excellent job. They were fast, efficient, reliable, and extremely professional from start to finish. They even swept up and cleaned up all of the excess debris before leaving, which truly impressed me. I was honestly shocked at how much they were able to fit into the truck, they really meant business! They came in and wasted no time getting the job done, and their hustle was incredible. Working in the heat and maintaining such a positive attitude and outstanding customer service was top-tier. If I could give 10 stars, I absolutely would. Huge thank you to JayJay and Tre!!!! I truly applaud their work ethic, professionalism, and dedication. These two young men went above and beyond, and I highly recommend them and 1-800-GOT-JUNK to anyone needing junk removal services. These guys were great! Had a box spring I desperately needed to haul out. I’m sure my job was very underwhelming compared to what they handle on a daily basis, but I’m so glad I got it taken out. I was able to book an appointment for the next morning. John and his partner gave a courtesy call in the morning (and even offered to pick me up a coffee!) and showed up timely to haul it away. This was my first time using them and I’m sure I’ll use them again for future services.
