They were fast, efficient and professional. They showed up on time and got right to work. I needed a lot of junk removed quickly to make sure my client was able to close on their real estate transaction before the contract expired. Steven was so proactive in asking if I wanted to remove any other items in my kitchen as he saw I still had many other items that I was cleaning up. The guys even cleaned up the whole corner area after they removed the furniture. Service and attitude was amazing. I would recommend them!

They explained everything in concise but thorough detail including pricing and what is done with the "junk". They were a great crew. It is amazing how fast and thorough they do their work. We couldn't be more satisfied and we highly recommend 1-800-GOT-JUNK? overall and Neff and Antonio in particular. We had them out again and once again the service was excellent. I am terrible with names but I believe one of the guys was Chris. In any event both guys were great. Fast, efficient, respectful and explained everything fully and clearly. Another great crew.
I must share my experience working with Monzell and Orlando. They came to my residence, were very professional and did an amazing job removing all the items and loading them in a timely manner. These two men were outstanding workers and I will definitely request them again in the future. I will also refer them to all my friends and family members. They were incredibly professional, knowledgeable and truly amazing at what they do. We were very impressed with their professionalism and exceptional service.
