Had a recliner and lawnmower that were still in good condition, but we just didn’t need anymore. Called 1-800-Got-Junk last Friday morning (May 22nd), and they came that very afternoon. Sam, Moses, and Ryan were very personable and professional in assessing my situation, gave me a good quote, and took care of my “junk”. Great experience!

We've used them twice recently and the employees are amazing! So helpful and just take whatever you need to get rid of. Quick as hell too. Cheaper than renting a dumpster and they move everything for you. Highly recommend using for any stuff you need to get rid of that you can't donate!

She was so thoughtful asking me if I’d like a coffee or other drink while she was there, I really appreciated that because I have been on a plane ALL day from Virginia to Reno. You rarely find that type of customer service anymore. Melissa brought Charles to help her and he was just as nice and thoughtful when going over all that needed to be done. I truly appreciate them for their understanding and kindness. I asked them when I need this service again could I request them and thankfully they said yes!! 100/100 I would recommend!!!
