Jeff Hill
Jeff Hill is the Founding Partner and Chief People Officer for 1-800-GOT-JUNK? Bellevue, Tacoma, Everett, Olympia, Arlington, Bellingham and surrounding areas. As CPO, Jeff focuses his time on ensuring his growing leadership team's personal and professional development. "Our goal is to build a world class junk removal solution by providing customer service experiences that are second to none. We achieve this by listening to our customers and developing the best people".
Since launching 1-800-GOT-JUNK? on the Greater Eastside of Seattle (Bellevue, Kirkland, Redmond and Woodinville) in November or 2003, he and his longtime business partner, Ben Hoskins, have expanded operations into Tacoma, Everett, Arlington, Mount Vernon, Olympia, Gig Harbor and surrounding cities.
Jeff takes great pride in the growth and development of his team. Since launching in 2003 he and his team have grown the business from a 1 employee / 1 truck operation to almost 100 employees and 35 trucks throughout the region. For Jeff it's truly "all about the people".
Over the past 18 years Jeff and his business have been involved in supporting several community recycling, clean up and sanitation initiatives, donation to food banks, partnering with woman's shelters and sponsoring local youth sports. (Go Tahoma Bears!) Jeff is also very involved in the local small business community providing his leadership, mentoring and support along the way.
Jeff and his team have been active members of several local Chambers of Commerce and the Entrepreneur Organization of Seattle. You may have also seen Jeff and his team on several local episodes of A&E's "Hoarders" and past episodes of "Extreme Home Makeover".
A native Washingtonian and Eastern Washington University grad, Jeff is a proud husband to Lynette and father to 3 boys (13, 10 and 10). He and his family live in Ravensdale, WA and love to spend their spare time skiing, camping and adventure riding near their White Pass cabin. The Hill's are active community members, volunteering at their schools and sponsoring Tahoma Bears Junior Football and contributing to other local charities.
