Hi, I'm Jamin Crews, the General Manager at 1-800-GOT-JUNK? Memphis.

Before joining 1-800-GOT-JUNK?, I worked in retail, restaurant, and field operations. I chose this business because I wanted a better quality of life for my family and myself—and it has delivered that and more. Many companies claim to be family-oriented, but 1-800-GOT-JUNK? has truly made that a reality for me. I’m happier, and most importantly, so are my kids.

For the first few months, my focus has been on creating a great customer experience and fine-tuning our processes. We also make it a priority to recycle all metals and donate usable items to the local Salvation Army whenever possible. These efforts allow us to support sustainability and help those in need.

Being a father is my biggest passion. I have three amazing kids who inspire me daily. Much of our time is spent at the ice rink—I have two sons who play hockey and a daughter who figure skates.

We’ve created a fun, supportive environment where we treat each other like family.
